Winter Sports Maintenance and Spring Sports Conditioning
You can register for a 3-day or 5-day a week program, all practices 1.5 hours long. These training sessions are something that would benefit any athletes, not just rowers. See the schedule below so you know when to come to practice:
- Dec 2nd – Jan 10th: Winter Maintenance - Work off of what you built all Fall – maintain your aerobic base while building strength and perfecting technique.
- Jan 13th – Feb 28th - Spring Conditioning - Now that you have the endurance from Winter Maintenance – time to bring in the speed work and set yourselves up for sprint racing this Spring…as well as competing at CRASH-Bs!
- Choose either 3 days a week or 5 days a week for each session, pricing as follows:
- Winter Maintenance
- Spring Conditioning
- 3 days: $108
- 5 days: $150
